USA Food & Beverage J-1 Internship – Beach Club, Florida (Housing Provided) About the job This position forms part of a structured U.S. J‑1 Internship/Trainee Program managed by Training 4 Hospitality and our U.S. sponsor partners. To ensure compliance with sponsor and host employer requirements, candidates should not contact host employers directly. Train at a Private Beach Club in South Florida. This opportunity offers hands‑on Food & Beverage training within a fast‑paced private club environment focused on member service, beach operations, dining service, and hospitality standards. Participants will gain professional U.S. hospitality experience while developing guest service, teamwork, communication, and operational skills within a luxury club setting. Participants are responsible for a J‑1 program fee covering ongoing participant support during the program. Additional costs include flights and personal expenses. For this specific host site, part of the program fee is financially supported by the employer. The host advances approximately $1,825 of the sponsorship/program cost upfront to assist selected candidates with the initial process. This amount is then gradually repaid by the participant through small weekly payroll deductions after arrival in the United States. This can significantly reduce the upfront financial requirement for qualified candidates. Applicants should still be financially prepared for remaining visa, travel, and initial relocation costs before applying. Shortlisted candidates will complete a live screening interview with Training 4 Hospitality before being presented to the host employer. Limited openings are available. Interviews take place weekly. Eligibility Requirements Currently studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related hospitality programme full‑time at a recognised post‑secondary institution Graduated from a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related hospitality diploma or degree programme within the last 12 months Graduated more than 12 months ago but currently employed within Hospitality and have at least 12 months of full‑time professional hospitality experience (eligible under J‑1 Trainee category) Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred Intermediate to advanced English communication skills Professional attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn Must demonstrate genuine long‑term hospitality career goals Must meet eligibility requirements for the U.S. J‑1 Intern or Trainee Visa category #J-18808-Ljbffr One80 Kitchen Lounge Restaurant
