Day Shift Manufacturing Associate

Marvin is seeking a Day Shift Manufacturing Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, follow standard work instructions, and perform quality checks to ensure every product meets Marvin’s high standards for design and performance. You will inspect materials, document production data, and support equipment changeovers and routine cleaning. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, you’ll participate in continuous improvement and lean activities while developing skills for long-term career growth at a stable, family-owned company.
