The Remedy IV Health and Wellness is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Clinical Operations Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical workflows and drive patient acquisition in our Fort Lauderdale facility. This hybrid role bridges the gap between high-level clinical care and business development, ensuring our concierge medical services operate at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Manage daily clinical operations, including staff scheduling, protocol oversight, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards for all regenerative treatments. Patient Experience & Sales: Lead patient consultations for premium, high-ticket regenerative protocols. Utilize your clinical background to educate clients, address concerns, and drive conversions through a concierge-style approach. Operational Management: Streamline clinical workflows to maximize throughput while maintaining the personalized, high-touch experience our brand is known for. Staff Mentorship: Provide clinical training and oversight to nursing and support staff, ensuring consistent delivery of our specialized wellness protocols. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation standards and ensure the facility remains fully compliant with all state and medical board regulations. Requirements Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certifications: Must maintain current, active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. Experience: Proven experience in clinical management, preferably within a concierge medicine, aesthetic, or high-end wellness environment. Clinical Proficiency: Deep understanding of IV therapy, regenerative protocols (exosomes/stem cells), and clinical safety. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage high-ticket sales and build long-term relationships with patients.
