About the Role:
Paramount Premier Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our growing team in Bowmansville, NY. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
