Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role is based in San Diego, CA. The Marketing Specialist plays a hands‑on, high‑impact role in bringing life‑saving technology to the fire service. In this role, you’ll plan, launch, and refine integrated marketing programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to modernize the fire service —partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to deliver targeted programs that reach the agencies who need us most. Key Responsibilities ABM Campaign Execution & Content Management Build and manage multi‑channel ABM programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, including email, paid media, direct mail, events, and personalized content. Own campaign execution and optimization. Create and maintain a library of ABM‑ready content & assets mapped to personas and plays. Support Sales by building outreach sequences and follow‑up workflows that help them connect with departments evaluating modernization solutions. Prepare lists, update account data, and execute targeted sends that keep high‑priority agencies engaged. Join weekly Sales + Marketing syncs to review account engagement and collaborate on next‑step strategies. Operations, Reporting & Insights Build and manage HubSpot workflows—including segmentation, automation, scoring, and reporting—to ensure campaigns run smoothly and data stays clean. Track KPIs such as engagement, lead conversion, influenced pipeline, and ROI. Partner with Sales to ensure pipeline reporting is accurate and timely. Provide insights and recommendations that help us scale what works and continuously improve. Qualifications 3–5 years of B2B or B2G marketing experience preferably in public safety or technology. Hands‑on expertise building and executing campaigns in HubSpot—emails, workflows, lists, and data hygiene. HubSpot certification preferred. Knowledge of sales and marketing pipeline stages and reporting. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Basic design and copywriting skills is a plus.
