Production Coordinator
$22 - $24 per hourManpower
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Production Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Pay Range:$ 22-$24hr
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Review incoming customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm order details with customers when clarification is needed to prevent errors.
- Verify revisions, quantities, due dates, pricing, and shipping requirements for each order.
- Create production jobs within the ERP system JobBoss to facilitate manufacturing processes.
- Generate and assemble complete production travelers and release accurate job packets to the production floor.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in production administration or related fields.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with ERP systems such as JobBoss.
- Experience in reading manufacturing drawings is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
