Job Description We are looking for a meticulous Quality Manager to consolidate and elevate quality operations across multiple sites in the US and UK. The project entails building a robust QMS, steering continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to ISO and regulatory standards. Close collaboration with senior leadership will be essential to propel operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design and sustain a unified QMS that meets industry and regulatory expectations. Manage documentation control, change processes, and records to guarantee traceability and compliance. Lead quarterly performance reviews with executive stakeholders to translate quality insights into strategic actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field; 5+ years in a senior quality capacity within manufacturing or technology settings. Deep familiarity with QMS frameworks, regulatory audits, and ISO standards. Proven success in Lean/Six Sigma projects and supplier quality initiatives.
