Process Engineer (Day Shift) page is loaded## Process Engineer (Day Shift)locations: Fremont, CAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R49637**@HYVE Solutions,** missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.Process Engineer**Responsibilities:*** Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, reducing cycle times and scrap rates.* Provide technical support on the production floor to resolve equipment or process-related issues.* Create, validate, and document manufacturing processes (SOPs), including defining equipment and manpower requirements.* Investigate and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, material variances, and production bottlenecks, to maintain smooth operations.* Assess and set up production infrastructure and production process flow setup.* Manage production documentation management to include:### Manufacture working instructions### BOM Validation### Shop Floor Control System### Production Flow Diagram* Pack Out InstructionsAssess document, and communicate all production floor and/or customer-driven changes.* Coordinate ECO/ECN/MCO phase-in/cut-in process.* Control ECN/ECO Documentation.* Control Manufacturing Notice, Process Alert Documentation.* Create and update all applicable work instructions.* Responsible for production training in the areas of MPI.* Calculate Task time and workforce requirements.* Perform continuous improvement using the Lean program.* Perform time/motion study and capacity analysis for manufacturing processes.* Collaborate with production teams to address Process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.* Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to ensure alignment of quality objectives and priorities.**Qualifications :*** Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).* 3+ years' experience in a similar role.* Established analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong continuous improvement mindset to drive and identify improvement plans.* In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.* Understanding of standard product development processes* Knowledge of DFx.* Understanding PFMEA and Six Sigma processes is highly desirable.* Proficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S disciplines.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.* Flexibility to travel to other client sites**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
