Talent Acquisition Manager

A growing and well-established financial services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate its recruiting function. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, building scalable processes, and helping organizations attract and hire top talent. In this role, you will: Lead and execute the organization’s talent acquisition strategy in support of continued growth. Manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, exempt/non-exempt, and leadership positions. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions. Build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Develop and optimize sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, and recruiting partners. Manage and evaluate external recruiting agency relationships and performance. Establish recruiting metrics and analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction. Oversee ATS processes, recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance. Build early-career talent initiatives, including university partnerships, internships, and campus recruiting. Support employer branding, talent engagement, and inclusive hiring initiatives. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership experience. Experience building or scaling a recruiting function in a high-growth environment. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and organizational levels. Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers. Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and HR technology. Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection expertise. Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills. A strategic, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
