Project Overview:

Location: Marlborough, MA 01752
Hourly Pay Rate: $25
Phase 1: June 29, 2026 – July 17, 2026
Phase 2: July 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Responsibilities:

Windows 11 device provisioning and troubleshooting
Device deployment and migration support
Secure device wipe and reconfiguration
Azure AD / Entra ID device join and configuration
Follow documented migration and deployment playbooks
Provide professional onsite support to end users
Escalate issues clearly and appropriately when needed

Requirements:

1–3 years of End User Computing (EUC) deployment experience
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 provisioning and troubleshooting
Familiarity with secure wipe processes
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID joins
Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments (500+ devices preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to execute tasks in a structured and disciplined manner
