Enterprise Information Analyst Department: Enterprise Systems Architecture Reports To: Enterprise Systems Architect Location: Hudson, OH (On-Site) FLSA Status: Exempt Summary The Enterprise Information Analyst supports the governance, quality, integrity, and traceability of enterprise information across KELTEC's business systems, applications, analytics platforms, and future artificial intelligence initiatives. This position focuses on enterprise information rather than the administration of enterprise applications, helping ensure business information remains accurate, consistent, trusted, and well-documented as it moves throughout the organization. Working within Enterprise Systems Architecture, the Enterprise Information Analyst partners with business leaders, application owners, and technology teams to document information flows, maintain information governance artifacts, monitor information quality, and support enterprise-wide initiatives that improve the organization's ability to leverage information for operational excellence, decision-making, analytics, and AI readiness. Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise Information Governance & Documentation Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise information framework, including business definitions, metadata standards, and information governance documentation. Maintain enterprise information dictionaries, business glossaries, systems-of-record documentation, and information ownership records. Document enterprise information domains and support the establishment of enterprise information standards. Coordinate and maintain governance documentation associated with enterprise information initiatives. Information Quality & Integrity Monitor enterprise information quality through audits, reporting, metrics, and reconciliation activities. Identify inconsistencies, duplication, and integrity issues across enterprise applications and reporting platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
