Residential Coordinator

Base Pay $18.50 - $27.75 / Hour Other Compensation $18.50 for admin part-time, $20.75-$21.25/hour for admin full-time Job Category Part-time or Full-time , Admin + Patient Care , Live-in Option Description ACR Homes has 45+ homes around the Twin Cities metro suburbs. Openings vary geographically. Residential Coordinators assist a Residential Supervisor with administrative, on-call support, and direct care duties at 1-2 homes. The Residential Coordinator is either a live-in or live-out position. Live-in Residential Coordinators live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home. Full-time requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work. Requirements You must be at least 18 years old You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation and a good driving record You must be able to do some lifting You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position Summary Full-time RC (1 home)

• 25.25-$27.25/hour for weekend awakes (Fri-Sat)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**

• 18.75/hour for New Hire Training & hours worked before training complete

Part-time RC (1 home)

• 18.50-$20.50/hour for weekday & weeknights--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
• 20.75-$22.75/hour for weekday awakes (Sun-Thurs)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
• 20.75-$22.75/hour for weekend shifts--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
• 23.00-$25.00/hour for weekend awakes (Fri-Sat)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**

• 16.50/hour for New Hire Training & hours worked before training complete

Full-time RC (2 homes)

• 21.25-$23.25/hour for weekday & weeknights--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
• 22.50-$24.50/hour for weekday awakes (Sun-Thurs)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
• 23.50-$25.50/hour for weekend shifts--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
