If so, A Pool Day is seeking a Client Coordinator for a temporary position that has potential to become permanent. Join the A Pool Day Team and Make a Difference As a Client Coordinator, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to superior service. You will play a key role in maintaining our industry-leading reputation by embodying our core values of positivity, a can-do attitude, passion, integrity, honesty, accountability, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Pool Service: Scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; and maintaining customer files. Office/Administrative: Providing customer assistance via phone, email and in person; selling club memberships; and managing warranty claims. Requirements: Ability to work under pressure High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills Punctual and dependable Follow company core values Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills and knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Dispatching experience Grow with Us #J-18808-Ljbffr Superior Landscape & Irrigation
