Receptionist / Recruiting Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)
Pay: Negotiable

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Position Summary

Integrity Staffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front office coordinator to support our recruiting team. This position is the first point of contact for candidates and clients, making professionalism and excellent customer service essential. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced office, and is comfortable handling administrative and recruiting support duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist candidates with new hire paperwork and onboarding
• Administer pre-employment drug screens
• Scan, file, and maintain employee documents
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and contacting candidates
• Make outbound calls to schedule interviews and follow up with applicants
• Help maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist walk-in applicants with the application process
• Coordinate interview schedules and appointments
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
• Support the recruiting team with daily operations to ensure an excellent candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
