Job Title: Lead Salesforce Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect to drive the vision, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical decision-making abilities, and the capability to align CRM technology with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who can mentor engineering teams, influence stakeholders, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and guide the organization's Salesforce roadmap. We are looking for a leader—not a task-focused developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce technical authority across the organization.
- Partner with business and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technology solutions.
- Lead enterprise CRM initiatives supporting sales, service, and customer experience functions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Establish architecture standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce capabilities and innovation opportunities.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation experience.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Cloud platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Proven experience leading enterprise CRM programs and technical teams.
- Experience influencing business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Experience designing integrations, APIs, and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
