Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Logan, UT (On-Site) 
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 Base + Commission OTE: $60,000-$70,000

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Whether you already have recruiting experience or are looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

We can teach recruiting. What we can't teach is drive, reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.

This role is perfect for someone coming from customer service, sales, leadership, management, hospitality, banking, account management, education, or other people-focused roles who is ready for a professional career with growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Connect with candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential candidates
• Screen applicants and determine fit for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support new hire onboarding and employee experience initiatives
• Partner with managers to help fill open positions, particularly within our growing Sales team
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities in our systems
• Learn recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices

Preferred (But Not Required)
Recruiting, Sales, and/or Customer Service experience
Leadership or management experience
Experience using Zoom, CRMs, or Applicant Tracking Systems
