Registered Nurse

Pay: $44.19/hour-$50.19/hour

Schedule: Nights 10:30pm-7:00am with every other weekend and holiday rotation

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
• Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
• Participate in care planning meetings, health rounds, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
• Stay current with healthcare practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Trade School Graduate
• Standard driver's license class C or class D
• Registered Nursing License required (RN)
• MAP certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• 3 5 years of related experience
