Technical Program ManagerLocation: Hybrid-any office from Bellingham to Tacoma OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives that span multiple projects andcross-functional teams. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution, aligning project outcomes with strategic business objectives, andensuring successful delivery across the program lifecycle.The ideal candidate possesses strong program and project management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proventrack record of delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent projects while aligning deliverables to broader program objectives.Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and implementation plans.Monitor program health, including status, risks, issues, dependencies, and success metrics.Facilitate communication and coordination across business and technology teams.Identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvements in cost, schedule, and operational performance.Build, manage, and track program budgets and financial performance.Lead stakeholder engagement activities and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.Provide executive-level updates on program progress, key milestones, and strategic outcomes.Maintain awareness of industry trends, business priorities, and organizational processes that could impact program success.Required QualificationsExtensive experience in Program Management and Project Management.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.Experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience with portfolio and program governance processes.Knowledge of enterprise systems and large-scale business applications.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes in complex environments.Preferred SkillsEnterprise Systems KnowledgeStrategic Planning and ExecutionProgram GovernanceRisk and Dependency ManagementChange ManagementExecutive ReportingVendor and Partner CoordinationWhat You'll DoLead large-scale enterprise application initiatives.Drive alignment across multiple projects supporting strategic business goals.Improve program performance, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.Establish measurable success metrics and ensure accountability across the program.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95.00 - $110.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
