Human Resource Generalist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $52,000 to $72,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Support employee relations activities by responding to workplace concerns and assisting with issue resolution and follow up. Coordinate onboarding processes including new hire documentation orientation activities and employee setup tasks. Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews communicating with candidates and supporting hiring managers. Maintain employee records human resources systems and compliance documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support training safety programs employee engagement activities and other human resources initiatives. Requirements A Bachelor degree in human resources business administration or a related field or possess a professional human resources certification. 3+ years of human resources experience within a manufacturing warehouse or similar operational environment. Demonstrate knowledge of recruiting onboarding benefits administration payroll support and employee relations practices. Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office applications human resources information systems and payroll software. Maintain understanding of employment regulations compliance requirements and personnel record management practices. Qualifications Apply strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills when interacting with employees and management. Demonstrate excellent organizational and critical thinking abilities while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively while supporting a positive workplace culture.
