Stellenbeschreibung- Eigenverantwortliche technische Betreuung und Management von 5–10 Enterprise-Kundenbeziehungen
- Agieren als vertrauenswürdiger Berater für Plattformnutzung, Integrations-Best Practices und Architekturentscheidungen
- Übersetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen in umsetzbare Feature-Anfragen und Mitgestaltung der Produkt-Roadmap
- Abgleich von Geschäftsanforderungen mit Produktfunktionen und proaktive Förderung der Nutzung
- Koordination technischer Eskalationen mit Solution Engineering, Support- und Produktteams
- Leitung technischer QBRs, Integrations-Reviews und Workshops zur Abstimmung der Roadmap
- Überwachung von Plattform-Health, Nutzung und KPIs sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsempfehlungen
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Informationssystemen, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-E-Commerce, mit SaaS-Plattformen oder in der digitalen Beratung
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in technischen, kundenorientierten Rollen wie TAM, Solution Architect oder Senior Consultant
- Fundiertes Verständnis von E-Commerce-Architekturen einschließlich Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS sowie ERP-Integrationen
- Vertrautheit mit Headless Commerce und MACH-Prinzipien (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
- Starke Fähigkeiten im Lesen von Architekturdiagrammen, API-Dokumentationen sowie in der Arbeit mit REST, GraphQL und Webhooks
