Position Summary

A typical day for the Clinical Outcomes & Patient Experience Supervisor involves orchestrating the daily operations of a multispecialty clinic and directing providers and medical assistants to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient, high-quality patient care that results in an excellent patient experience. Every day is different as you are called upon to adapt and change to situations as they arise. This includes all types of patient visit types: New Patients, Report of Findings, Re-Examinations and Treatments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for the daily flow of patient visit types and communicate to the team setting performance expectations and addressing any challenge areas upfront.
• Throughout the day, monitor and evaluate patient care delivery and timing to ensure it meets clinical standards, procedures and scripting.
• Orchestrate the movement of team members to efficiently complete all types of patient visits. 
• Awareness and involvement in the New Patient, Report of Findings, 1st Treatments and Re-Exams to support quality of care and patient satisfaction
• Review patient care plans and ensure alignment with clinic treatment protocols.
• Identify gaps in service delivery and lead improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and chart reviews to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Implement and manage systems to measure patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Support new staff onboarding and completion of training checklist.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and management team to resolve any concerns, improve daily operations and provide excellent quality of care as we work to achieve clinic goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that translate well to people of all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting.
• Background in clinical operations, care coordination, or patient experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and quality tracking tools.
