Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee clinical operations within a multi‑office practice. This is a field‑based leadership role that offers autonomy while working closely with executive leadership. This is a non‑clinical leadership role focused on operations, strategy, quality, compliance, and team leadership rather than direct patient care. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong leadership and operational experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating efficient, high‑quality clinical environments.
