The role requires daily visits to patients, with a typical caseload of 5-6 patients. The focus will be on delivering high-quality home health care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care and experience in managing patient cases effectively. A commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work independently are essential. The position entails working weekdays only, with no weekend responsibilities. Dress code includes black scrubs.
