• Experience: 2+ years in ER nursing, Epic experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
• Triage and assess patient conditions promptly and accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Assist with emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience, with Epic EMR proficiency
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in holiday coverage (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in high-pressure situations
