What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital ER setting
• Triage and assess incoming patients to prioritize care based on severity
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (Epic experience required)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members during high-pressure situations
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or the ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years ER experience in a hospital setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
• Epic electronic health record experience

• Experience working on night shifts and in emergency teams
• Ability to adapt to dynamic hospital environments
