Tax Senior Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare and review complex tax returns ensuring compliance with regulations. Analyze financial statements to identify tax implications and opportunities. Conduct research on tax laws to provide accurate guidance to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies. Assist in audits and resolve tax-related discrepancies effectively. Develop and implement processes to improve tax preparation efficiency. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and industry standards. Tax Senior Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance. Preferred 8 years of experience in a senior tax role. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles. CPA certification is highly preferred for this position. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
