Overview Annual Salary: $59,000 – $74,000 Location: On-site in Mokena, IL If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and keeping work moving, this role offers clear ownership and day-to-day impact. The Claims Specialist, Workers Compensation manages employee injury claims, keeps information accurate, and maintains steady communication with employees, medical providers, and internal teams. You will work closely with the Director of Insurance Services and stay connected to how claims are handled across the business.
