Associate Commercial Sourcing Advisor - Intern to Full-Time Conversion

Develop contracting strategies and regional/local sourcing strategies Lead bid packages from development through purchase order execution Participate in vendor pre-bid meetings and site walks Prepare and negotiate service and supply agreement terms and conditions Manage rate sheets and ensure cost competitiveness Run benchmark studies, analyze data, and make recommendations Maintain contract compliance, minimize risk, and manage master agreements and amendments Coach business unit contract owners on contract performance and compliance Serve as a liaison between legal, stakeholders, business units, suppliers, and Supply Chain Identify and execute cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, and strategic sourcing projects Optimize the supply base and deliver financial benefits Facilitate supplier performance issue resolution and develop supplier KPIs Use Supply Chain tools, templates, and systems to drive continuous improvement and process optimization Align sourcing activities with Supply Chain and stakeholder expectations while supporting best-practice deployment Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Entry level experience as a supply chain professional in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, commercial advisory, contract administration, contract development, or contract management Experience with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, M365, and
