Business Systems Analyst II

Supporting the Enterprise Systems Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst II will evaluate and enhance IT systems and workflows, lead implementation of business solutions, and measure program effectiveness, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in CRM data management and guide project planning across teams Define KPIs to measure IT initiatives' effectiveness and recommend solutions to stakeholders Document processes, identify gaps for automation, and assist in the administration of various systems Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in CRM management Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and systems integration tasks is preferred Strong project management skills and a demonstrated history of self-directed work Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and adjust communication style accordingly Experience in assessing risks and managing costs across software systems
