Public Trust CPIC Analyst

Supporting the execution of the USDA's Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes, the full-time CPIC Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses, develop business cases, and assist in IT Portfolio Management, with the flexibility to work remotely upon obtaining a Public Trust clearance. Key responsibilities: Develops and validates business cases and data supporting investment health and performance Analyzes spend plan and contract data to align investment projects accurately Compiles investment and acquisition data to enable data-driven decisions by management and senior leaders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technology management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in CPIC and/or IT Portfolio Management for a federal client Experience in the Acquisition Approval Request process, including drafting Cover Memos and analyzing spend plans Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of IT and Business stakeholders
