Project Manager & Regional Maintenance Supervisor Location: Los Angeles County (Travel required within approximately 1 hour in all directions of Los Angeles) Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 + Mileage Reimbursement & Great Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager & Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee capital improvement projects and regional property maintenance operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance teams. Travel throughout the greater Los Angeles area (within approximately a one‑hour radius) is required. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage large capital improvement projects from planning through completion Supervise regional maintenance operations across multiple properties Lead and manage maintenance teams Manage third‑party vendors and contractors Develop and oversee project and maintenance budgets Ensure timely completion of projects within budget Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues Required Experience & Skills All‑around maintenance background Hands‑on experience in: Plumbing Carpentry HVAC Electrical (strong plus) Experience managing large capital improvement projects Proven vendor management experience Proven team management experience Strong budget management skills Ability to travel regularly within the Los Angeles area Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $135,000 – $160,000 , depending on experience Mileage reimbursement provided Opportunity to join a growing Management Company #J-18808-Ljbffr The Hire Mark
