Practice Details Outpatient Interventional Pain PM&R role within a physician-owned orthopedic group with decades of established referral relationships. Clinical focus on Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine with procedure-forward model built for efficiency and consistent volume. Collaborative practice environment with experienced colleagues and strong operational support. Schedule Outpatient-only with a balanced mix of clinic and procedure days. Predictable workflow with no inpatient responsibilities. Structure designed to support productivity without unnecessary complexity with extensive support staff that includes a dedicated scribe Compensation & Benefits First-year earnings typically ranging from $350,000 to $450,000+ with production incentives.
