Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established financial institution in Southaven, MS. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a banking professional with strong loan documentation experience, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on familiarity with LaserPro. The Loan Processor will support lending operations by preparing, reviewing, and processing accurate loan documentation while helping ensure files move efficiently through the lending process. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements. Manage multiple loan files while tracking deadlines, documentation status, and required follow-up. Use LaserPro to support loan documentation preparation and processing activities. Communicate with lenders, internal banking teams, and related parties to resolve documentation issues. Maintain organized loan files and ensure records are complete and properly documented. Support a fast-paced lending environment with accuracy, professionalism, and strong follow-through. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Pay range: $47,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience. Full-time schedule. On-site position in Southaven, MS.
