I earned my bachelor's degree in Business from Mississippi State University and am deeply involved in the local community. Our office is strategically located in the heart of DeSoto County along the rapidly growing Getwell corridor. While we're located in Southaven, we're just minutes from Olive Branch and Hernando and surrounded by established neighborhoods, new residential and commercial development, and several of the area's leading schools. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Will Patton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Life/Health Insurance License
• Ability to obtain licensing requirements if unlicensed

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
