Strategic M&A Specialist: Diligence & Modeling

Seneca Resources is seeking a senior corporate development professional to drive high-impact due diligence and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to source M&A opportunities, build robust business cases, and translate value drivers into integration plans. You will develop detailed financial models, including waterfalls and scenarios, to support executive decision-making and lead junior staff through the M&A lifecycle.
