Supply Chain Director

Director, Strategic Supply Chain Management Compensation: $145,000–$195,000 base + 25% annual bonus Relocation assistance may be available Overview A rapidly growing technology manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Strategic Supply Chain Management to support major hyperscale cloud computing and data center customers. This role is ideal for a supply chain leader experienced in complex electronics manufacturing, high-volume production, and large-scale customer programs. The ideal candidate has managed hundreds of millions of dollars in annual supply chain spend and supported highly complex products involving tens of thousands of components. Experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), hyperscale environments, servers, storage, or networking hardware is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead demand and supply planning, material availability, and supply chain execution for complex manufacturing programs. Partner with engineering and design teams to manage bills of materials (BOMs), component requirements, and engineering changes. Translate customer demand into actionable ERP/MRP plans, purchase orders, and material supply strategies. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, procurement, planning, and operations to resolve shortages and maintain production schedules. Manage supply chain risks associated with complex products, long-lead components, and rapidly changing demand. Communicate supply chain performance and recommendations to customer and executive stakeholders. Build and develop a supply chain team to support continued business growth. Qualifications Experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, hyperscale data centers, or similarly complex manufacturing environments. Proven experience overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual supply chain spend, component spend, or budget responsibility. Experience supporting highly complex products with tens of thousands of components or unique part numbers; greater product complexity is preferred. Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, BOM management, ERP/MRP systems, component availability, and purchasing execution. Experience supporting large-scale customer accounts with significant revenue and rapidly evolving product requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills, including executive-level engagement.
