We're seeking a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running safely and smoothly for both our guests and team members. If you take pride in fixing, building, and maintaining, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive setting.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and facility issues
• Complete preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Follow all safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA guidelines
• Safely operate company vehicles when needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements: This is an active role that includes standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting. You may lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment & Schedule: You'll work around mechanical systems and equipment in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Shifts typically fall between 7 AM and 11 PM. Weekend and holiday availability are required.
