\nA premier women’s and children’s hospital in Dallas is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team. This is a hospital-based role offering structured scheduling, strong specialty support, and the opportunity to practice within a tertiary, high-acuity maternal environment.\n

\nPosition Highlights\n

\n• 24-hour structured shifts\n
\n• No traditional on-call duties\n
\n• Six shifts per month considered full-time (18 per quarter)\n
\n• Two OB hospitalists scheduled and on-site at all times\n
\n• First assists available to support hospitalists and private physicians\n
\n• Strong, reliable back-up call system\n
\n• Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance\n
\n• Part-time and PRN options available\n

\nClinical Responsibilities\n
\n
\n• Emergency obstetric coverage\n
\n• Unassigned OBED coverage\n
\n• Gynecologic emergency care\n
\n• Support for private OB physician emergencies\n
\n• Participation in a collaborative, team-based care model\n
\n
\nYou will work within a highly specialized maternal and pediatric campus with strong interdisciplinary support and established safety protocols.\n
