Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100%outpatient, value-based care clinic in Irving, TX. Our physicians manage bothacute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care incollaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventivecare, and strong patient-provider relationships.

- Outpatient clinic settingserving patients 18+ \n
- Supported by a dedicatedMedical Assistant and clinic team \n
- Monday–Friday schedule (someclinics offer extended hours) \n
- Guaranteed base salary of$240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus \n
- Monthly compensation forsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP \n
- CME allowance and paid CMEhours \n
- 401(k) with company match \n
- Paid time off andcomprehensive benefits package (see attachment) \n
- Eligible for sign-on bonus \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n \n- \n
- Deliver high-quality,patient-centered medical care \n
- Perform comprehensiveinitial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations \n
- Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions \n
- Order and interpretdiagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatmentplans \n
- Provide preventive care andpatient education to support long-term health goals \n
- Refer patients tospecialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate \n
- Collaborate withinterdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication \n
- Supervise NursePractitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided) \n
- Maintain punctuality toensure patients are seen as scheduled \n
Requirements
\n \n- \n
- Board Certified/BoardEligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligiblecandidates must be within 5 years of residency completion \n
- Minimum of 1 year ofclinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisoryexperience preferred \n
- Bilingual in English andSpanish strongly preferred \n
- Active Texas medical license \n
- DEA license in good standing \n
