Qualifications

Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed

Performance Responsibilities

• Assists students on and off the special needs bus
• Secures the students in the seats of the bus
• Maintains order on the bus
• Abides by all district policies and state and federal laws
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Physical Demands

Ability to routinely and continually bend, squat, stand, walk, or climb stairs. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to support and stabilize students with physical disabilities. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
