Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT credential required with a current SPED certification/license valid in Oregon.
• Previous experience delivering behavioral interventions in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Comfortable providing support to students with varied learning and behavioral needs.
• Must be able to supply contact information for your three most recent supervisor references.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support to students within the classroom.
• Work closely with special education teachers to facilitate and reinforce individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide consistent and compassionate guidance in alignment with goals developed by supervising staff (supervision arrangements to be determined).
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
