The Building Superintendent is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the residential property . This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, and responding promptly to emergencies to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular facility maintenance to ensure building systems are operational
- Communicate effectively with tenants to address their concerns and requests
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations within the building
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Skills in plastering and painting
