Health Center at Bloomingdale Registered Dietician (32 hours weekly) The Health Center at Bloomingdale, a five-star quality skilled nursing facility, offers short and long-term nursing and rehabilitation care in a secure and caring environment. When a resident is admitted to our home, our skilled team of trained professionals meets with the resident and family member, providing a unique and highly personalized plan of care. Registered Dietician Responsibilities Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments Participate in care planning meetings as required Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards Perform duties independently without training or direction Qualifications Position Requirements Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operations High comfort level with enteral nutrition At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting Experience with MDS 3.0 Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process preferred Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
