Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Dallas

Location: Dallas Compensation: $19.00 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Job Description:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Answer emails and chat with efficiency
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different types of calls
• Engage with field offices
• Continuously monitor appointment paperwork and proactively solve issues.
• Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year of experience in a call center or similar work environment
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High energy and excellent attitude
• Team environment
• Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
