What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Support families through education and compassionate care
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as scheduled
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Prior NICU or Neonatology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle complex cases
• Preferred:
• Certification in neonatal or pediatric emergency care
