What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage neonatal patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
• Document patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies
• Support and educate families of NICU patients

What You Need

Required:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Previous NICU or neonatal care experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Preferred:

• Neonatology specialization or relevant certification
• Experience working in high-acuity neonatal environments
