Job Description
Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C. seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy, diverse legal practice. The successful candidate will assist with document preparation, proofreading, transcription, managing extensive email correspondence, preparing pleadings and legal forms, drafting and amending purchase and sale agreements, maintaining client and corporate files, and handling electronic court and agency filings. Responsibilities also include navigating Arizona Corporation Commission, Secretary of State, state, and county websites; maintaining and updating corporate records; coordinating calendars and appointments; and providing administrative support across estate planning, probate, real estate, corporate, and litigation matters.
Qualified candidates should have prior legal assistant experience, strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems. Experience with legal document preparation, contracts, real estate transactions, and corporate filings is preferred. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
