Job Description
Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C. seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship/Conservatorships, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Arbitration matters. This position plays a vital role in managing client communications, scheduling appointments, preparing legal documents, coordinating court filings, maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and assisting clients throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities accurately and compassionately.
Qualified candidates should have prior legal assistant experience , strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal software, document management systems, and electronic court filing procedures. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
