This internship offers hands-on experience supporting wellness programs that serve thousands of employees across Texas. You’ll work directly with the Employee Wellness Team to help plan, promote, and support programs that encourage healthier lifestyles, improve wellbeing, and create a positive workplace culture. No two days are exactly alike—you may be developing wellness communications one day, helping facilitate a presentation the next, and supporting a statewide wellness initiative the day after. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work for the department. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to area of assignment Experience: No work experience required Other Conditions Must be at least 16 years of age, and currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college/university. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating newsletters, marketing materials, presentations, or promotional content. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Familarity with Sharepoint, Canva, Adobe Experience Manager, or other content management tools. Experience coordinating events, projects, or programs.
