What a Warehouse Lead role at ICONIX looks like: Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure products are received, stored, picked, loaded, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Support and guide warehouse team members, helping create a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, stocking, picking, cycle counts, and organization of warehouse materials. Help ensure all warehouse activities follow company safety procedures and operational standards. Act as a hands-on problem solver, addressing order issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational challenges as they arise. Contribute to a team-oriented environment where accountability, initiative, safety, and continuous improvement drive success. Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team You'll lead warehouse operations by coordinating daily activities, supporting your team, and ensuring orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely. In an often fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Success in this role comes from being dependable, responsive, and taking ownership of your work. You'll collaborate with the warehouse team to support customers, vendors, and sales partners to create positive experiences and support business growth. During slower periods, you'll look for opportunities to help the team. Whether that means maintaining warehouse cleanliness, following up with customers, or stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward. Experience in construction, utilities, waterworks, industrial distribution or related fields is a plus, but more important are a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of customer service, warehouse/inventory management, and forklift experience is required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Comfort using computers, business software, and learning new technology. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
